Happy Friday Update - Friday 15 March 2019 Noahs Hockey Coach told his Mum this week

Noah used to want to be first to be picked for the team. If the team didn’t win he would be very frustrated and upset. Having completed the Performance Breakthrough exercises for 4 months he is now able to think as a team player. He is more aware of the others on the team and no longer gets frustrated when things go wrong. His hockey coach came to his Mum and said “He’s a fearless attacker” – before Performance Breakthrough Noah was reluctant to get involved.
